Christopher Lee, Legendary Actor From Lord of the Rings, Dies at Age 93

The distinguished actor, who was loved the world over for his roles in Dracula and Lord of the Rings, died of heart failure on Sunday morning.
Christopher Lee, who played the original Dracula has died at the age of 93.
The legendary actor portrayed Dracula for the first time in 1958.
Lee, who leaves behind his wife of over 50 years Birgit Kroencke and one child, also appeared in Star Wars as Count Dooku.
He's probably most famously known for playing Saruman in Lord of the Rings.
"Acting is what keeps me going, itâ€™s what I do, it gives life purpose,â€ he said in aÂ 2013 interview.
Lee was a highly respected actor, not only for his talent but also for his philanthropic work.
He was knighted in 2009 for his work as an actor and for his contributions to various charities.Â
Many people in the entertainment industry and his home of London are mourning his loss today.
