If iPhones Were Invented in the '80s, They Probably Would've Looked Like This

The first iPhone came out in 2007, but artist Pierre Cerveau decided he wanted to see what the now popular phone would have looked like had it come out 20 years earlier, in 1987.
In Cerveau's version, gone is the sleek phone we're all so used to, and it's replaced with something that resembles some of Apple's first ever products.
The touchscreen is gone, replaced instead with a rotary dial and a pixilated screen. The new (old) version would come with 512 kb of storage and a nine-pin DVI port.
The monochrome logo is replaced with the classic rainbow logo that was ubiquitous on Apple products for so long before the current logo was introduced in 1998.
Cerveau even created a mock ad for the phone, touting that it is the perfect companion to your Macintosh Plus.
