Strawberries are red, delicious, and by most standards, a relatively small fruit. It's part of why chocolate-covered strawberries are relatively guiltless—you can eat a few without actually consuming THAT much of anything!Â
That is, until a farm in Japan up and went and changed the game.Â
Through fruit mutation, a Japanese farmer grew an absolutely ENORMOUS strawberry.
Look at that thing!!
The strawberry clocks in at 250 grams, or for you Americans, just over half a pound.
Side note...America, get on the damn Metric system already.Â
The strawberry has been officially booked as the Guinness World Records' heaviest strawberry!
