It's easy to pass judgment on someone else when we've never experienced what they go through on a daily basis.Â
But just be prepared to be called out when you make a snap judgment of someone before you've looked at the full picture.Â
Someone found a sleeping medical resident in a hospital at 3 a.m. and decided to upload some photos of her to their blog in Mexico.
Check out the original blog here (all the text is in Spanish).Â
This person was extremely critical of the woman, painting her as lazy and irresponsible, as though she were just shirking off her duties for fun.
They noted, in particular, that there were "dozens of patients who needed care."
When Juan Carlos, a Mexican doctor, caught wind of this blogger, he decided to tweet a perfect response utilizing the hashtag #YoTambienMeDormi which roughly translates to #IAmAlsoSleeping.
And after that response...
The photos just keep rolling in!
Doctors and nurses have extremely demanding jobs.
They're extremely overworked, and have to face absolutely outrageous hours by normal standards.
80-hour weeks can be a normal thing in the life of a doctor or nurse.
Hundreds of these doctors from across the world have started standing in solidarity with the resident by way of their tweets.
