And a recent fossil found in China uncovered a breaking discovery in the history of the modern bird.Â
The fossil of the archaeornithura meemannae was discovered, and it is the oldest relative of the birds we know today.
Min Wang and Zhonghe Zhou found the fossils, which are 125-million-year-old. They found two partial skeletons and if you look closely at the images above, you'll see that some feathers were still in tact!
