Julien is the brain behind the Outings Project, a project spreading all across the world.
The concept behind the project is simple: Go to a museum, take a photo of a stunning piece of classical art and then create a print of that photo and plaster it to a wall, as a piece of street art.
Julien encourages all members of the public to take part in the project.
