And there is something seriously aesthetically pleasing about it.

She wants to shed light on how beautiful the food we consume each day really is.

She even harvests some of the food in her photos in her own yard.

She also likes to show off the process of growth for certain foods.

She's planning on heading out on a cross-country farm tour.
