Never mind going to Mars. Swedish brothers, Benjamin and Alexander Jönsson - founders of science group Stratolys - recently cemented their place in history by becoming the first to launch a donut into space - 20 miles into space to be exact.
The mission was known, the group fearless, the outcome uncertain. The young scientists, weather balloon in hand, sent their brave, sprinkled compadre into the sky, and were left to wait anxiously. Over 4 hours later, the sugary astronaut, along with their cameras, were located by the Swedish Sea Rescue Society off the coast of the Baltic sea, salvaging the spectacular footage.
Goodbye little buddy!
See you in the stratosphere...
Or just when you come plummeting back down to Earth.
