5. It will make you feel like a freaking superhero.
6. It will help a lot in the self-love department.
It's not about your weight, or how you look...it's about the pride you feel in yourself for taking control of your body.Â
7. It will step up your adventure game a LOT.
8. You'll feel like there is nothing you can't do.
9. You can see so much more world when you're able to run for miles on end!
10. To put it simply: You'll feel like more of a badass.
11. Fitness will provide some brightness to dark days.
12. It will give you the strength to fight battles both physical and emotional.
13. And you might even find that once you start getting fit, you're actually a lot less concerned about the actual numbers.
14. You'll have more energy to travel!
