Photographer and extreme athlete, Jay Alvarrez, and his model girlfriend, Alexis Rene, may just have one of the most winsomely romantic relationships of any couple out there. And their adventures, which include a number of exotically gorgeous locations, may be equally as fanciful.

The two certainly have adventurers' spirits, and don't abstain from exercising them.
