As utterly straightforward and basic as making bacon is, it still seems like each attempt of ours yields drastically different results. The only thing that's fairly consistent, is that when we make bad bacon, it's burnt and overcooked. And somehow, we do that quite a bit.
And as desperately as we'd like to be able to prove to ourselves that we can self-remedy such a silly error, it's better we just listen to the tips that the pros have for us.
