Brilliant, gifted, creative, original, hilarious - all are fitting descriptors of artist, David Irvine.
A mutli-faceted man, known far more for his furniture and sculpting, Irvine also paints. Quite well in fact. Actually, better than well - his creations are more along the lines of pure genius. In his increasingly popular and utterly brilliant series, Gnarled Branch, Irvine takes drab thrift store paintings, and "re-directs" them, by adding his own "touch."
What David's too humble to say, and what we'll say for him, is that he makes them a thousand times better. Literally people, a thousand.
