Treacher Collins Syndrom, or TCS, is a rare condition that affects 1 in 50,000 people. One of those people is Jono Lancaster, a London local.

Jono has now become a public figure, the face of awareness for the condition.

Jono does not hide the fact that the condition has been a challenge for him.

He has said before that it's taken him 20 years to be able to love his own face.

But now Jono walks tall and confident, and travels to spend time with his many young fans.

He wants to inspire these young people to love themselves, the way he has learned to love himself.
