This crocodile is the largest that's ever been discovered. While I'm glad it was captured, I can't help but wonder if it has any bigger relatives waiting out there.

This crocodile was found in 2011 in small village near Manila, Philippines.

This terrifying creature weighs in at 2,370 pounds and is 21 feet long.

100 local men worked together to catch it after it was suspected to have killed a local fisherman.

Using a crane, the men were able to load the crocodile onto the back of a truck. They kept it confined using a steel net and tough rope.

The crocodile has been donated to a local eco-tourism park in a neighboring town called Agusan.

It passed away at the part in 2013.
