People choose to be remembered in different ways when they pass away.
When we heard how this one man chose to be remembered, we just had to share the story with you.
Aaron Purmort sadly lost a battle with cancer recently. He was a father of one little boy, Ralph, and a husband, to wife Nora.
In his obituary, Purmort reveals a gigantic secret to the world—that he was actually Spiderman.
He said that he died as a result of a battle with a "nefarious criminal named Cancer."
There are lots of other fun tidbits in the obit, for example that his first wife was Gwen Stefani.
Or the detail of how he became Spiderman—as a result of a radioactive spider-bite, just as the comic book tells us.
While it does add some fun and laughter to an incredibly sad event, we also think it is just one of the sweetest ways to leave an obituary for your son to grow up and someday read.
We have a feeling Purmort was an incredible guy.
