For those of you who lost if over the 2009 debut of KFC's Double Down sandwich, KFC's In Korea have something that will make your mouths drop (or water) even more.

Hold up...did I just have a heart attack?

I introduce to you, the Zinger Double Down King.

As of October 18th, Korean KFC locations have been selling this sandwich that consists of a bacon cheese burger sandwiched between two fried chicken patties.

Surprisingly, those 750 calorie sandwich is about $6.

Only about 200 more than a McDonald's Big Mac.

So, even if you are giving up bread in exchange for two piping hot chicken patties to be used as buns, you can rest assured that it's only slightly worse than consuming McDonald's cuisine.

KFC...you've literally outdone yourselves, once again!
