Somebody Litters In Front Of This Woman, Then She Does The Most Unbelievable Thing

A mysterious video from Russia recently surfaced on YouTube, and it's spreading like wildfire. This unnamed woman inserted herself within the front-lines of war against litterbugs by patrolling the streets on a speedy 2 wheeler, while hunting down perpetrators one-by-one. Then, she extracts justice in the most epic possible way.
She spots a motorist throw an empty pack of cigarettes on the pavement...she was too lazy to walk 3 feet to a nearby ashtray...
The environmental mercenary proceeds to pick up the tray, and tosses ashes all over the perpetrator's lap!
Another offender is spotted tossing out an empty bottle...
The woman closes in on him, and duck-tapes the startled man's bottle to his side mirror.
A third litterbug is caught ejecting a bag...
She goes to pick up the bag; the contents are unknown...
It appears to be a milkshake!
And the 'Green Crusader' drives off, no doubt seeking the next opportunity to administer justice.
