Saarland University in Germany has some FABULOUS news for you.Â
Napping isn't just the cure for your weariness...or hangover. It's also extremely good for your memory!

The University tested students' long-term memory and found it was greatly assisted by a one-hour nap taken by the test subjects.

Specifically it helped turn up the subjects' associated memories.
