Nature Carved This Rock Formation Into The Shape Of An Elephant From The Atlantic Ocean

Nature's career in the arts continues to take off.

Just off the southern coast of Iceland rests a rock formation that's becoming more and more famous by the day.
Located on the island of Heimaey, the cliff holds a truly uncanny resemblance with an elephant.

Not only does it look like one in shape and structure, but the formation's basalt texture even matches an elephants wrinkly, grey skin perfectly.

The Atlantic Ocean, in typical fashion, has decided to leave the sculpture unnamed, while tourists are simply referring to it as "Elephant Rock."

I'd normally poke fun at that sort of lack of creativity, but in this case it's like, what else would you call it? The Cliff Of Elephants? Trunk Rock? I think Elephant Rock will do.

Check out more pictures of it over on Flickr.
